Manufacturing of components and spare parts for the partners of CEMEQ Group of Companies in October 2021

In October 2021 a number of components and spare parts of various machines and industrial units were manufactured and delivered to the partner enterprises:

For the schedule replacement of outdated equipment, the following units were manufactured and delivered for JSC AZHS (Aktobe chrome plant):

For Ф3х44m rotary kiln:

- Roller support units - 3 pcs.
- Kiln body (sheet steel drums) - 3 pcs
- ф1000 support blocks - 2 pcs;

For 2.1x3m mills

- Trunnion bearings - 2 pcs.
- Lining kit
- Set of liner bolts
- ф800x1000 support blocks;

As a part of the scheduled repair of the drying drum with a chamber 40, the following units were manufactured and delivered:

- discharge seal,
- support rollers 2 pcs,
- bearing case – 4 pcs.

As a part of the overhaul maintenance of the drying drum with a chamber 100, the following units were manufactured and delivered to one of the Tatneft enterprises:

- front plate,
- back plate,
- support rollers 2 pcs,
- tooth rim and gear ring pinion;

A welded band unit of a 4.0 * 60m rotary kiln was manufactured and shipped for one of the Ural metallurgical enterprises.

Design documentation was carried out by the specialists of Cemeq Minerals LLC Engineering Department and agreed with the customer.

The equipment has been manufactured under the supervision of the Quality Control Department experts.
