Complex of works on tool dimensional control of a rotary kiln

Service Department has carried out the whole complex of works on tool dimensional control of the rotary kiln №2 of the Crushing and Calcining Plant of PJSC MMK (Magnitogorsk Iron &Steel Works).

The contract scope of work included hot alignment of the 4 * 75m rotary kiln, machining (grinding) of rotating units of the equipment: 5 tyres and 10 support rollers.

According to the results of the machining, a technical report was provided together with the comments on the further operation of the equipment.
