Specialists of CEMEQ Service performed the restoration works of tire support № 2 kiln № 5 at JSC "Sukholozhskcement".
Ultrasonic examination of equipment, made before repair works, revealed the size of the cracks in the tire body: the first one is two thirds of the cross section, the second is one third of the section.
In a short time the Company's specialists prepared a plan of equipment repair, developed technology of welding works and carried out these works.
The ultrasonic testing was made after the works. As a result of inspection no defects were identified.
Currently the machine is put into operation. There are no any remarks from the customer.
