In 2014 the service department of CEMEQ group completed a project on the development of innovative technology of the hot adjustment of rotary kilns in way that allowed to work without stopping the equipment and with high accuracy.
In 2014 the service department of CEMEQ group completed a project on the development of innovative technology of the hot adjustment of rotary kilns in way that allowed to work without stopping the equipment and with high accuracy.
The result of the work was a complex “Cemeq Axis”, consisting of modern equipment and specially designed software for collecting and processing measurements.
Complex allows estimating with high precision the geometrical parameters of rotary kiln and the actual state of the unit for further decision making in forming the types of work and the amount of capital repair.
Complex “Cemeq Axis” passed the practical test on the number of leading enterprises of cement industry in Russia and operates as a professional service in the list of works performed by the service unit "CEMEQ Service".
