Construction of vat leaching gold recovery plant

Within the construction of vat leaching ore processing plant in the Republic of Tyva, the specialists of LLC “Cemeq Minerals” service department completed the main works on the installation of the entire factory, the following equipment was mounted:

· Two ball mills with central unloading МШЦ 3,2x3,1;

· Seven leaching tanks with an inner diameter of 7 m. and a total volume of 335 m3;

· One radial thickener СЦ-182A2 with a diameter of 18 m.

In addition to the main technological equipment, the specialists of our company made the installation of auxiliary equipment (hydrocyclones, slurry pumps, settling sumps, press filter, belt conveyors). An overpass was installed and piping equipment of different diameters was strapped.

The works were performed with proper quality, according to the project documentation and accepted by the Customer in full.
