Manufacturing of components and spare parts for the partners of CEMEQ Group of Companies for October 2019

A number of components and spare parts of various machines and industrial units were manufactured and delivered to the partner enterprises in October 2019:

As part of modernization of the main technological equipment for one of the enterprises of the chemical industry of Russia, part of the holding "URALCHEM", the following equipment was manufactured and shipped:

Gear ring
Gear ring pinion
Shaft
Thrust rollers in the amount of 6 PCs.

Thrust rollers in the amount of 4 PCs were manufactured and delivered for one of the enterprises of chemical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Spare parts for cone crushers and kilns: thrust roller assembled, lower ring, cone bushings were delivered to one of the enterprises of the mining segment of PJSC “Mechel”.

Feeder covers and discharge funnels were delivered for one of the largest nickel producers.

Design documentation was developed by the specialists of Research Institute CEMEQMASH and agreed with the Customer.

Deliveries were carried out within the terms established by the contracts.
