Manufacturing of components and spare parts for the partners of CEMEQ Group of Companies in July 2020

In July 2020 a number of components and spare parts of various machines and industrial units were manufactured and delivered to the partner enterprises:

For one of the largest Russian enterprises specializing in the production of carbon black, the following items were manufactured and shipped:

support-thrust tyre- 3 pcs .;

front (back) plate assembly in the amount of 1 piece.

As a part of the overhaul maintenance of the main processing equipment, two sets of screens for the hopper were delivered to one of the diamond mining enterprises.

For one of the largest Russian chemical industry enterprises, a body section of a drum-granulator with a tyre was manufactured and shipped in the amount of 2 pcs.

A rotor in the amount of 1 piece was manufactured and shipped to one of the Russian energy enterprises.

2 sets of partitions for the mill 2.6x13m were manufactured and delivered to one of the Ural cement plants. At the customer request, additional gears were added to the grate sectors to prevent bending of the partition center, increasing the product life.

K-2 catridges in the amount of 10 sets were manufactured according to the Customer's drawings and shipped to one of the Russian enterprises producing ferroalloys.

As a part of the scheduled maintenance of main processing equipment, babbit-lined bearings were manufactured and delivered at the request of SIBCEM Trading Company:

- М30 12.100 СБ - 2 pcs;

- ф460;

- Ф590.

Support rollers assembly for drying drum with a heating chamber (drying drum with a chamber 40) were manufactured and supplied to carry out the scheduled maintenance of the main processing equipment at one of the chemical industry enterprises in Russia.

Design documentation was worked out by the specialists of the Cemeq Minerals LLC Engineering Department and agreed with the Customer.
