Manufacturing of components and spare parts for the partners of CEMEQ Group of Companies in December 2020.
In December 2020 a number of components and spare parts of various machines and industrial units have been manufactured and delivered to the partner enterprises:
As a part of the main processing equipment modernization program for one of the Russian enterprises in non-ferrous metal industry, a shaft of the Volga cooler was shipped to the Customer.
Spare parts for slag cars were supplied to one of the Ural largest copper smelting enterprises (bolsters - 6 pcs., side beams - 12 pcs.).
Spare parts were manufactured according to the drawings of Cemeq Minerals LLC, agreed by the Customer and delivered ahead of deadline. In the near future, it is planned to dispatch 12 wheelsets with axle boxes to the Customer.
3 gears for pot tilting mechanism of Slag car 16 were supplied to one of the partner enterprises.
Cemeq Minerals LLC manufactures and supplies various models of Slag cars and spare parts for them.
For one of the largest Russian enterprises specializing in the production of carbon black, the following spare parts of the drying drum were manufactured and shipped:
- narrow support rollers assembled with an axle, in the amount of 6 pcs.;
Design documentation was carried out by the specialists of Cemeq Minerals LLC Engineering Department and agreed with the customer.
