Supply of the second 2.8x8 granulator with a mechanism for adjusting the inclination angle.
25.05.2023As a part of the sintering production complete modernization project, we have supplied the second 2.8x8m mixer-granulator to our Customer.
According to the contract we supply 4 granulators, another 2 units are at the final stage of production.
The granulator original design provides the possibility to adjust drum inclination angle in the range of 1-5 degrees, that allows to set the most optimum operation mode.
The equipment design documentation was carried out by the specialists of the CEMEQMASH Research Institute in accordance with the individual requirements of the Customer. -
Production and shipment of the second 9x12 jaw crusher.
25.05.2023According to the design documentation developed by the CEMEQMASH Research Institute, which belongs to the CEMEQ group of companies, the second 9x12 jaw crusher was manufactured and shipped to a permanent partner in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The crusher is designed for primary crushing of various rocks with a compressive strength up to 300 MPa (3000 kp/cm2).

Production and shipment of a 3.6x5 ball mill.
25.05.2023A 3.6x5 ball mill was manufactured and shipped to our Partner, one of the largest enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Design documentation was developed by the engineering department.
Mill rubber lining was implemented by the Cemeq Group of Companies service department. -
Production of a unit-cast band (D = 5050 mm) of 23MnHMoV steel.
25.05.2023As a part of the main processing equipment overhaul, a unit-cast band (D = 5050 mm) 23MnHMoV steel was supplied to one of our regular partners.

17.05.2023As part of the maintenance and repair work of the main processing equipment, two adjusting rings for 2200 secondary cone crushers / fine cone crushers were manufactured and delivered to the plant of our regular customer.

Production of grate cars TSG-4 with a set of grates.
17.05.2023A batch of TSG-4 grate cars was delivered to one of our regular customers.
Grate cars were supplied with a set of grates.
CEMEQ MINERALS LLC supplies pellet and grate cars of various sizes with bodies made of 15Cr11MoVNb, 14CrMoTi, 20CrMo steel and ductile iron 65. -

Construction and assembly work to replace 3.2x4.5 mill.
17.05.2023As part of the main processing equipment replacement project, an EPC contract for the supply of a 3.2x4.5 ball mill was executed for the partner enterprise.
In the scope of the contract, a full range of works was performed on a turnkey basis.
Development of design documentation - all documentation was developed by our own CEMEKMASH Research Institute.
Equipment Manufacturing and delivery to the Customer - production was carried out under the constant supervision of the Quality Control Department engineers.

Cooling drum overhaul maintenance.
07.04.2023For one of the chemicals manufacturers in the Voronezh region, CEMEQ LLC performed an overhaul of the cooling drum with a diameter of 2.8 m. The following work was completed as a part of the maintenance:
Replacement of a cooler body section made of heat-resistant steel (the length of the replaced section is 6 line meters).
Replacement of the crown gear and cooler cross-beams.
Replacement of the Cooler support roller.
Commissioning of the unit.
All range of works was completed by qualified Cemeq staff, sent to the place as quickly as possible, in order to prevent any failure to meet approved repair schedule.
All works were performed with high quality within the terms agreed by the Customer.

Production of a container for hydrochloric acid discharge.
03.04.2023In the shortest possible time, a container for hydrochloric acid discharge was supplied to our permanent partner.
The equipment was manufactured according to the design developed by our own Engineering Department. -
Production of a TB-11-25 car for a ladle transportation.
28.03.2023Cemeq Minerals LLC designed and manufactured the TB-11-25 car for our permanent partner in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The car is designed for transportation of a ladle with ferroalloy with a capacity of 3m3. -

The equipment design documentation was carried out by the specialists of the CEMEQMASH Research Institute in accordance with the individual requirements of the Customer.
Currently, installation work is being in progress under the supervision of Cemeq company chief engineers.
Another 3 similar granulators are at the final stage of production.
