Для одного из наших постоянных клиентов, Отделом Дробильного Оборудования разработан комплект конструкторской документации на механизм поворота для конусных дробилок КСД/КМД-2200.
Заказчик использует в работе дробилки, запчасти для которых уже практически не выпускаются. По желанию Заказчика, в механизме сохранены основные конструктивные элементы, которые привычны в работе и обслуживании. Механизм полностью соответствует ТЗ Заказчика.

Отделом Вращающихся печей разработана, согласована и передана в изготовление рабочая конструкторская документация на Аммонизатор-гранулятор Ø4,5х8,7 м, предназначенного для гранулирования удобрений с доаммонизацией за счет подачи жидкого аммиака. Разработка конструкторской документации производилась в соответствии с требованиями и пожеланиями нашего постоянного Заказчика. Данный барабан имеет устройство ввода пульпы. Для предотвращения налипания на него, был разработан нож очищающий. Корпус барабана внутри оснащен резиновой футеровкой. Документация разработана на два Аммонизатора с правым и левым приводом.

В рамках модернизации производства Отделом вращающихся печей разработана, согласована и передана в изготовление рабочая конструкторская документация на холодильник барабанный трубчатый 3х10 м.
С учетом требований и пожеланий нашего постоянного заказчика были разработаны новые конфигурации уплотнения, загрузочной течки и площадки обслуживания.

В полном соответствии с требованиями заказчика разработана и передана в изготовление рабочая конструкторская документация на Емкость для кислоты. Емкости предназначены для хранения, слива соляной кислоты.

As a part of the main processing equipment overhaul, a unit-cast band (D = 5050 mm) 23MnHMoV steel was supplied to one of our regular partners.

A 3.6x5 ball mill was manufactured and shipped to our Partner, one of the largest enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Design documentation was developed by the engineering department.
Mill rubber lining was implemented by the Cemeq Group of Companies service department.

According to the design documentation developed by the CEMEQMASH Research Institute, which belongs to the CEMEQ group of companies, the second 9x12 jaw crusher was manufactured and shipped to a permanent partner in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The crusher is designed for primary crushing of various rocks with a compressive strength up to 300 MPa (3000 kp/cm2).

For one of the chemicals manufacturers in the Voronezh region, CEMEQ LLC performed an overhaul of the cooling drum with a diameter of 2.8 m. The following work was completed as a part of the maintenance:
Replacement of a cooler body section made of heat-resistant steel (the length of the replaced section is 6 line meters).
Replacement of the crown gear and cooler cross-beams.
Replacement of the Cooler support roller.
Commissioning of the unit.
All range of works was completed by qualified Cemeq staff, sent to the place as quickly as possible, in order to prevent any failure to meet approved repair schedule.
All works were performed with high quality within the terms agreed by the Customer.

For one of the largest enterprises in the Urals and the Volga region that produces crushed stone, Cemeq LLC repaired crushing equipment: C-150 jaw crusher, 1750 fine cone crusher and 2200 secondary cone crusher.
As part of the current repair, the following work was completed:
- disassembly/assembly of jaw and cone crusher units;
- check of the conical and cylindrical bushings of 1750 fine cone crusher;
- replacement of the 2200 secondary cone crusher fixing unit;
- replacement of the dampers of jaw crusher supports;
- manufacturing and installation of corner protective segments of the jaw crusher;
- adjusting the tightening and tightening the bolted joints of cone crushers;
- adjustment of operating parameters and crushers gaps in accordance with the certificate.
All work was executed by qualified staff with professional equipment and tools, in accordance with the schedule approved by the Customer.

Overhaul maintenance of 4.5x16 drum granulator-dryers has been completed by Cemeq LLC staff in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The overhaul contained the following work:
grinding of the drum support rollers;
replacement of two drum bands;
selective replacement of the drum inner fitting;
alignment and mechanical adjustment of the drum with subsequent commissioning of the unit.
The work was completed in a short time in limited access conditions. The customer managed to avoid downtime and continued fulfilling the production plan.
Next step is the repair of the second unit.

4.5x125m Rotary Kiln overhaul maintenance was performed for one of the CEMEQ strategic partners (in cement production), it included the following work:
- replacement of the weld-in bandage with sub-bandage shells, total length is 6.2 m;
- the gearbox repair with the replacement of bearings;
- a set of works to strengthen the sub-recuperator shell and repair the sub-recuperator tank;
- complete replacement of the rotary kiln chain system;
- repair of the kiln support rollers;
- repair of the plate conveyor;
- a set of works on dynamic and static alignment with a report.
All work was accomplished by qualified workers and senior managers, daily geodetic control was provided by CEMEQ geodetic engineers within the time agreed by the Customer.
The cement production line was returned to production facilities with a minimum break for repair.
